Vocathon Privacy Policy

Noisy Contents Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) respects the rights and freedoms of users of Vocathon and processes personal information lawfully and securely in compliance with the Republic of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”) and other applicable laws and regulations.

For users to whom the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies, including users in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the Company also respects the data protection principles and data subject rights established under the GDPR.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Company processes in connection with Vocathon, the purposes for which it is used, how long it is retained, how it may be entrusted to service providers or transferred internationally, and what rights users may exercise.

Article 1 (Scope and Terminology)

  1. This Privacy Policy applies to the Vocathon mobile application, related customer support, and services provided by the Company under the Vocathon name.
  2. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, Service-related terms have the meanings given to them in the Vocathon Terms of Service.
  3. Terms such as “personal information,” “data subject,” and “processing” have the meanings assigned to them under applicable privacy laws where those laws provide specific definitions.
